Conceptualizing smart citizen: relationships and reciprocity with smart government

Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to focus on explaining the concept of a smart citizen and in what way it is related to and dependent on smart government. Design/methodology/approach To study this specific use case, researchers use “Qualitative Research.” For the review of the literature, the authors used an indirect citation.
