Conductivity Modification of ZnO NRs Films via Gold Coating for Temperature Sensor Application

Abstract: Zinc oxide nanorods zinc oxide nanowire has been deposited on quartz employing a hydrothermal method. The ZnO nanoroad as a seed layer were prepared for the growth process using the drop-casting method.
