The eco-environment is under constant pressure caused by the rapid pace of urbanization and changes in land use. Shenzhen is a typical “small-land-area, high-density” megalopolis facing various dilemmas and challenges; we must understand the eco-environmental risk (ER) of rapidly urbanizing regions and promote high-quality regional development. Therefore, with the help of the Python and Neo4j platforms, this study applies the theoretical foundation of knowledge graphs (KGs) and deep learning to form the KG of an ER; with this, we sort and establish an evaluation system in two dimensions, namely social and ecological, and introduce the Monte Carlo simulation to quantify the ER in Shenzhen City and its uncertainty from 2000 to 2020 to propose sub-regional programs and targeted measures for the prevention and control of the ER. The results are as follows: The eco-environmental risk index (ERI) of the study area as a whole showed a slight increase from 2000 to 2020; at the same time, the low-risk regions were mainly located in the east and southeast, while the high-risk regions were mainly located in the west–central and northwestern parts. In addition, three sample points (points A, B, and C) were selected using the Monte Carlo method to simulate the transfer of uncertainty from the indicator weights to the assessment results. Finally, based on the quantitative results, an accurate zoning scheme for ER prevention and control was provided to the decision makers, and appropriate countermeasures were proposed.

Cancer is one of the most difficult medical problems in today’s world. There are many factors that induce cancer in humans, and obesity has become an important factor in inducing cancer. This study systematically and quantitatively describes the development trend, current situation and research hotspot of the relationship between cancer and obesity by using document statistics and knowledge graph visualization technology. Through the visualization technology analysis of knowledge graph in this study, the research hotspot and knowledge base source of the relationship between cancer and obesity in the last 20 years have been ascertained. Obesity-related factors, such as immunity, insulin, adiponectin, adipocytokines, nonalcoholic fatty liver and inflammatory reaction, may affect the occurrence of obesity and increase the risk of cancer. Obesity-related cancers include respiratory cancer, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular cancer, prostate cancer, gastric cancer, etc. Our research provides direction and basis for future research in this field, as well as technical and knowledge basis support for experts and researchers in related medical fields.

The problem of contaminated sites is a hot and difficult issue in global environmental sustainable development. Because the contaminated site carries a large number of harmful substances (heavy metal ions, organic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, toxic gases, etc.), it brings great security risks to the environmental ecological security and people's health. Effective identification of the characteristics of contaminated sites and understanding of the research status and development trend of contaminated sites are of great significance to environmental sustainable development and environmental governance and restoration. Based on Web of Science database, this study systematically, quantitatively and visually analyzes the research status of contaminated sites by bibliometrics and knowledge graph technology. The results show that bibliometrics and knowledge graph are effective in information retrieval and visualization. It can display the information of different scales and different times in the study of contaminated sites, and find the distribution characteristics of popular keywords. The cluster cases of this study show that the problems of contaminated site research mainly focus on suspended particulate matter pollution, water pollution, heavy metal pollution, organic pollution, pollution reduction and bioremediation technology research. In the future, the hot issues of contaminated site remediation and environmental sustainable development will focus on strengthening the research of microbial remediation technology, nanomaterial technology, composite material adsorption technology and so on.
