Construyendo universidades saludables: conciencia corporal y bienestar personal

Abstract: La construcción de entornos educativos saludables implica integrar la salud del personal docente y no docente, así como de los estudiantes. El concepto de bienestar personal involucra aspectos tanto físicos como psicológicos, y se encuentra conectado con la denominada inteligencia emocional.
