The aim of this research is to analyze the dissertations on organizational culture made in Turkey
between 1999-2021 in a comprehensive and holistic manner, to determine the trend on
organizational culture and to reveal the similarities and differences of theses. For this purpose,
descriptive content analysis method and categorical analysis technique, one of the systematic
compilation studies, were used in the research. The universe of the research consists of theses on
organizational culture in the database of the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher
Education. The sample of the research consists of 178 theses, which were determined by using the
purposive sampling method, made in Turkey between the years 1999-2021 and are open to
access. The data of the research were collected with the Examination Form of the Theses on
Organizational Culture developed by the researchers. After the data obtained were transferred to
the Excel program, frequencies were obtained in accordance with the categories and analyzes
were completed through visual tables. As a result of the research; it is seen that the theses made
from 1999 to 2021 on organizational culture in Turkey mostly conducted through quantitative
research methods. In addition, it is seen that the analysis of the relationship between leadership
styles, organizational trust and burnout variables with organizational culture is given more place
in theses than other variables.
