Through an effective complaint handling process, information from customers will be obtained as input in improving and developing agency service activities. Complaints are a form of dissatisfaction with information or services received. Thus, complaints can solve customer dissatis faction problems in hospital services to improve hospital quality. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of handling complaints at the PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. This research is qualitative. Subjects in the study were ten officers who often handled complaints. The study was conducted in 21 August-September 2023 at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. The availability of supporting facilities is adequate, including complaint channels via SMS, email, via telephone, suggestion box, complaint sheet. All staff have received training in effective communication. The flow and procedures for handling complaints have been maximized. However, their many complaints are still repeated. The process of monitoring and evaluating complaint han- dling reporting documentation has been running optimally. The response time for handling complaints is perfect because all cases are handled on average 1x24 hours, the response time reaches 95%. The handling of complaints at the PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital has been maximized but ineffective. The handling is not yet effective because the information system process does not support the complaint handling process, for example, the delivery of information to patients who have not been able to in realtime. The mechanism for handling complaints is carried out by submitting complaints verbally and in writing to the maximum extent.

Background: The nursing environment has become a consideration for an organization in improving service quality, especially in the implementation of patient-centred care. The various dimensions make it necessary to know which sectors need to be prioritized. However, there is still limited research that is more specific in linking the dimensions to become more operational. Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between nursing environment dimensions and patient centricity through the Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA).Methods: A quantitative survey with a cross-sectional approach was conducted in June 2022 to test the conceptual framework on the population obtained from non-managerial inpatient nurses who worked for above two years in a general hospital in East Java, Indonesia. The constructs were measured using a set of indicators in The Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index (PES-NWI) and Patient Centricity. During the data collection, a total sampling technique was performed, resulting in 89 respondents being acquired. The data were analyzed through partial least squared structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM).Results: At the construct level, the mean total effect and performance were 0.192 and 56.302, respectively. From the IPMA chart, it was found that the construct in the right lower quadrant with the largest total effect value but not having adequate performance was nursing manager ability (total effect: 0.294, performance: 34.563), making it a construct with the highest importance and requiring priority for improvement among all dimensions.Conclusion: The nursing environment dimensions have to get attention to achieve patient centricity in inpatient ward nurses, where nursing manager ability is the dimension that has the most vulnerable performance. Leadership development is needed for the head nurse of the inpatient unit to strengthen the ability to lead and change the culture in nurturing subordinates so that kinship between nursing professionals can be established.

Marketing communication has progressed quite rapidly; many changes have also occurred in the business industry, including the marketing communication model. In today's all-digital era, digital marketing communications, in this case digital branding, are increasingly being used in promotional activities. One of the most sought-after services in today's digital era is a digital agency. This study analyzes the digital branding communication model on social media at the Yogyakarta "JIH" Hospital, which is managed by the digital creative agency Kotakmedia Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to describe the communication model and management of digital branding on the social media of Yogyakarta "JIH" Hospital, which is managed by the digital creative agency Kotakmedia Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the digital branding communication model for the Yogyakarta "JIH" Hospital, managed by the digital creative agency Kotakmedia Indonesia is effective and has a positive impact on expanding the audience and increasing the company's brand image. As well as successfully obtaining plenary-level hospital accreditation. However, there are several shortcomings that can still be improved, namely, the uneven management of social media. According to social media researchers, attention must be evenly distributed, not only focusing on Instagram but also paying more attention to other social media, namely Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
