Correlation of Nurses’ Quality of Working Life and Job Satisfaction in Teaching Hospitals of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences

Abstract: Introduction: Nurses are considered as the major part of the human resources of the health system. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of working life and job satisfaction of nurses in teaching hospitals of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences.
