Abstract: AimsTo evaluate costs, effects and cost‐effectiveness of increased reach of specific smoking cessation interventions in Germany.DesignA Markov‐based state transition return on investment model (EQUIPTMOD) was used to evaluate current smoking cessation interventions as well as two prospective investment scenarios.
