Dampak Perubahan Iklim Terhadap Indeks Erosivitas Hujan Pada Daerah Tangkapan Air Waduk Saguling

Abstract: Climate change is a global phenomenon that become a concern. Climate change affects the hydrological conditions of a watershed, including rainfall. Saguling Reservoir has a high erosion rate on the watershed. One factor that affects erosion based on USLE is the rain erosivity index which has a relation with rainfall amount. So the climate change effect of rainfall on erosivity factor in Saguling Reservoir watershed needs to be investigated because it will affect the erosion rate which is useful to determine th… Show more

“…The data utilized included forecasts (2021-2050) using RCP 4.5, RCP 8.5, and baseline data (1991-2020). The RCP 8.5 scenario is a scenario with high emission conditions or worst-case scenarios used to project the future, whereas RCP 4.5, a climate scenario included in the moderate category that assumes the target to overcome the increase in global average air temperature due to anthropogenic factors, is still possible [9]. The climate models used in this study were CSIRO and MIROC.…”

“…Consequently, the application of bias-correction procedures becomes imperative before their use in hydrological and climatological investigations. In this context, various bias-correction methods have been employed, including"linear scaling [15],"local intensity scaling" [16],"power transformation" [17],"and distribution mapping [18], [19], [20].
