Abstract: Hintergrund Die regelmäßige Therapie mittels intravitrealer operativer Medikamentenapplikation (IVOM) und die damit verbundenen Kontrolluntersuchungen stellen für viele Patienten eine große Herausforderung dar, die bis zum Behandlungsabbruch führen kann.
