Defectoscope for monitoring of a concrete timbering of underground constructions

Abstract: The purpose of work is development of a defectoscope for nondestructive identification of spaces in rock mass on border with a concrete timbering. The principle of operation of the device consists in the analysis of parameters of vibration of a timbering after drawing blow to it. The difference from the known developments consists in contactless reception of an acoustic signal with use of the microphone. Parameters of vibration of a timbering are determined under various conditions of its contact with rock mas… Show more

“…3, b) and α = 60º ( Fig. 4, b) the volume of rock falls will make from 150 to 200…220 m 3 , sometimes to 400…450 m 3 respectively [16][17][18]. These values testify to the critical condition of the crown at angles about α = 70º, at about α = 60º the crown will fail.…”

“…Such techniques differ in breaking conditions and estimation criteria. Thus, when mining iron ore deposits, there are applied methods based on placing explosives in the massif depending on stress concentration, rock hardness, qualitative characteristics of explosives, etc [15,16,37].…”

“…Works [11][12][13][14][15] suggest various options of mining systems enabling increase of extraction of ore mass from stope blocks. However, blocks fail under the influence of rock pressure when forming the compensatory area, thus causing increased mining costs and time.…”

“…One of the tasks of the research was to create the most simple and cheap means of control. From the point of view of hardware implementation, the simplest of the possible physical parameters is to determine the period of time [21].…”
