Defining Vocational Teacher Competencies in Industry 4.0 from the Perspective of Teachers and Lecturers

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the competence of vocational teachers needed in implementing the independent learning policy based on the opinions of teachers and lecturers. The research method uses quantitative methods on 356 teachers and lecturers.
