Design of Low Leakage PVT Variations Aware CMOS Bootstrapped Driver Circuit

Abstract: This paper describes a novel complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) bootstrapped driver circuit for driving large resistive capacitive (RC) loads. The proposed bootstrapped driver reduces the leakage as well as process, voltage and temperature (PVT) variations from the boosted nodes with higher switching speed.
