Determinant of Job Satisfaction With Burnout as a Mediation and Teamwork as a Moderation : Study in Bank Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of technostress on job satisfaction by involving the role of burnout as a mediator and teamwork as a moderator. The population of this study is all Bank Indonesia employees.
