This aims of this study are to: (1) find out whether android-based interactive learning media that developed have met the feasibility standards based on the android-based integrated BSNP, (2) find out whether student learning outcomes taught using android-based interactive learning media that have been developed higher than the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) score on the reaction rate material. This research is a Research and Development with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model which was carried out in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at SMAN 12 Medan. At the implementation stage, a one-group pre-test post-test design was used, with sampling using a cluster random sampling technique consisting of one XI science class at SMAN 12 Medan. The results of the validation of the android-based media obtained for the feasibility of the contents is 3.75; display feasibility is 3.83; language feasibility is 4, and graphic feasibility is 3.83. Overall, android-based learning media obtained a feasibility level of 3.85, with a very feasible category. Furthermore, android-based learning media on the reaction rate material is implemented in the learning process. The KKM scores and the students' average post-test scores were 78 and 85.6, respectively. The data obtained were analyzed using the right-hand t-test. The result of data analysis is that tcount is in the significant area, tcount > ttable = 4.146 > 1.711. So that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students who are taught using Android-based interactive learning media are higher than the KKM value.

The development of science and technology has an impact on teaching and learning activities. Educators are required to make teaching and learning activities more varied so that students can play an active role during teaching and learning activities. Learning media can be an alternative for educators to create student participation during teaching and learning activities. Based on observations made by researchers, it was found that the media that had been used by accounting teachers at SMKN 6 Surabaya, especially in the accounting department, still depended on power points and lacked use of developed technology. This study has a goal to create an android-based accounting learning media for students of class XI Accounting at SMKN 6 Surabaya and see how feasible Android-based accounting learning media is as a creative medium in the accounting practicum learning process for service, trade, and manufacturing companies. In developing learning media using the 4D model by Thiagarajan which consists of the definition stage (Define), the design stage (Design), the development stage (Develop), and the dissemination stage (Disseminate). Data collection techniques were in the form of validation questionnaires and student response questionnaires related to the developed media. The results of the evaluation carried out by material experts and media experts, Lakeun's learning media can be said to be feasible, as well as student responses regarding the learning media made also obtain very understood criteria.

Learning mathematics online, especially in Linear Algebra courses requires mathematical software-based teaching materials, to strengthen the understanding of numerical concepts. The purpose of this research is to produce MATLAB Mobile-based textbooks that are suitable to support online learning. This development research uses a 4-D model containing 4 stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research was conducted at the Mathematics Education Study Program, the University of PGRI Madiun with 20 students as the subject of the fourth semester. The research instrument and data collection in this study used validation sheets, response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis of the validation sheet and questionnaire used the Likert scale and the Guttman scale, while the data analysis of the learning outcomes test used the Normalized Gain Score (n-Gain). This study produced a Linear Algebra textbook based on MATLAB Mobile to support online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic with a validity percentage of 86,5% (valid), practicality percentage 83,4% (practical), and an n-Gain score of 46,7 (moderately effectiveness). So that the textbooks developed are suitable to support online learning.
