The reciprocal relationship between humans and humans, humans and the nature around them, produces a variety of languages. Ecolinguistics is needed in studying aceh language phenomena. This study aims to describe the meaning, function, and form of the fauna lexicon in the culture of the people of Aceh. This research is descriptive-qualitative in nature. This research data collection technique consists of interview techniques and observation techniques. Interview techniques were used to obtain data on the meaning and function of fauna in the culture of the people of Aceh. While observation techniques are used to obtain data on fauna forms in the culture of the people of Aceh. Current facts show that the lexicon of fauna is still used by parents when advising the younger generation, and they cannot understand the meaning of the advice. This is caused by environmental changes and the times that affect the younger generation’s mindset. The researcher collected a list of fauna lexicons in the Acehnese language and classified them into verb and noun classes.

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan leksikon biotik di panggung musik dari perspektif ekolinguistik. Leksikon tersebut dilihat dari bentuk secara kebahasaan, dianalisis referennya, dan dilihat penggunaannya dalam panggung musik Indonesia. Penelitian ini melalui tiga tahap. Pertama disaring data-data melalui studi pustaka, dikenai teknik rekam catat dan disusun dalam daftar alfabetis, kemudian dicari pula informasi yang menyertai seperti genre dan asal pelaku musik tersebut. Lalu data-data tersebut diolah menggunakan metode padan, baik padan translasional, ortografis, dan padan referensial (Sudaryanto, 2015). Hal tersebut untuk melihat kesamaan, perbedaan, dan kesamaan hal pokok. Metode padan tersebut dilakukan dengan beberapa teknik metode padan (Kesuma, 2007; Sudaryanto, 2015). Pertama, teknik pilah unsur penentu. Daya pilah yang digunakan dalam teknik ini adalah daya pilah translasional untuk unsur kebahasaan asing, referensial untuk unsur acuan yang digunakan, lalu ortografis untuk melihat cara bahasawan menata ejaan nama panggung (NP). Kedua, teknik hubung banding untuk mencari kesamaan, perbedaan, dan kesamaan hal pokok dari data NP yang ditemukan. Setalah itu hasil analisis disajikan secara informal dan formal. Dari pengamatan ini ditemukan bahwa NP didominasi oleh leksikon Indonesia dan sebagian kecil leksikon bahasa asing. NP mengalami proses naturalistik baik dari segi penulisan dan segi proses morfologis. Referensi leksikon biotik meliputi hewan dan tumbuhan beserta hal metaforis dan historis yang menyertainya. Ada hubungan genre musik dan pengombinasian leksem biotik, yaitu leksem biotik lebih dominan pada musik dangdut. Lalu pemakaian unsur biotik sebagai unsur pusat ditemukan pada genre musik popular dan musik rok. Adapun pemakaian unsur biotik sebagai atribut terlihat pada musik reggae, punk, alternative, dan hardcore.

Ajisaka dance is a traditional Balinese dance that has lexicons and their cultural meaning. The ones who practice and perform the dance do not know about the lexicons of the dance. It can cause language death because the native speaker does not maintain their language. This study aimed to find out the lexicons and their cultural meaning related to Ajisaka dance movements. The setting of this study was conducted in Buleleng regency. It was designed in the form of a qualitative method using an ecolinguistic approach. The data were obtained through observation and interview techniques. The results of the study show that the lexicons are classified into eye movements (two lexicons), neck movements (two lexicons), body movements (four lexicons), hand movements (eight lexicons), finger movements (four lexicons), and leg movements (eight lexicons) and the cultural meaning of the lexicons of movements refers to the firmness, obedience to responsibility, authority, majesty, intelligence and agility, the subtlety of mind and soul, and the strong principles of the king and his soldiers. The results of this study can be used as teaching material for the dance teacher to teach lexicons and their cultural meaning to their students and introduce it to foreigners who want to learn this dance.
