Društvena evaluacija hrvatskog inovacijskog sustava na primjeru test programa

“…Institucije i programi inovacijske politike pokrenuti od hrvatske vlade početkom 2001. godine (Švarc, Perković i Lažnjak, 2011) koji su bili na tragu interaktivnog modela inovacija s aktivnom ulogom znanosti u gospodarskom razvoju uglavnom su ukinuti reformom znanosti 2013. godine ili prije (BICRO 2 , Tehnologijsko vijeće, Hrvatski institut za tehnologiju, Tehcro, Ircro, Test, Razum i ostali programi) te je inovacijska politika u potpunosti apsorbirana u operativne programe ESIF-a slijedeći ciljeve i prioritete S3.
