Dual Gold Nanoparticle/Chemiluminescent Immunoassay for Sensitive Detection of Multiple Analytes

Abstract: Multiple antibiotics and mycotoxins usually simultaneously exist in foods, which poses a serious threat to human health. How to detect them in one test with high sensitivity and fidelity is challenging.
