Dual perfusion and reperfusion in liver transplantation: tactical aspects

Abstract: donor liver transplantation with 2 left liver graft (1 left liver graft from living donor). Mean age of recipients was 49.6 AE 7 years old. MELD score of recipients was 21.3 AE 8.6. 1 year and 5 year graft survival were same as 75.0%. 1 year and 5 year patient survival were same as 81.3%. Causes of death were sepsis (n = 2), graft failure from heart dysfunction (n = 1). One graft failure was associated with primary nonfunction due to long cold ischemic time.
