Amaç: Preterm erken membran rüptürü (PEMR) olgularında amnion sıvısı laktat konsantrasyonunun, kendiliğinden doğum eylemi üzerine öngörüsü araştırılarak; böylesi olgularda maternal ve fetal yaklaşım standardı açısından bilgi sağlanması amaçlan-dı.
Gereç ve 89±1,45 (%95 GA: 6,86) (duyarlılık %92,3; özgüllük %36,6; pozitif LR 1,46; negatif LR 0,21, duyarlılık %68,1; özgüllük %57,7; pozitif LR 1,61; negatif LR 0,55, sırasıyla), fakat eğrilerin altında kalan alanlar anlamlı değildi (AUC=0,56, %95 GA 0,67; p=0,380, AUC=0,59, %95 GA 0,70; p=0,196 sırasıyla days. The best cut-off value to predict the onset of spontaneous labour within 48 hours and 7 days was 7 mmol/l and 8.1 mmol/l (sensitivity 92.3%; specificity 36.6%; positive LR 1.46; negative LR 0.21 vs sensitivity 68.1%; specifivity 57.7%; positive LR 1.61; negative LR 0.55, respectively), but areas under curve were not statistically significant (AUC=0.56%, p=0.380, AUC=0.59, p=0.196 respectively).
