Early Cost Safety Analysis of Runway Events

Abstract: Abstract:The importance to airport safety related events has grown significantly in recent years. Runway safety events continue to pose a real and genuine challenge to the aviation community. This article addresses how could an acceptable risk for accidents or runways be achieved. It considers what would be an objective method to establish if and which mitigations are necessary.
