Food needs are increasing along with the increase in population because food is the most important basic human need, especially rice as a staple food. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of sustainability of rice commodity procurement. This research was conducted in Pasar Induk Cikurubuk, Tasikmalaya, West Java. Researchers used the survey method in this study. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Sampling in this study used stratified proportional random sampling with a total of 77 rice traders who were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the sustainability of rice commodity procurement in multidimensional (economic dimension, social dimension, ecological dimension, institutional dimension, technological dimension) using the multidimensional scaling (MDS) method resulted in a sustainability index value of 76.80 which is included in the "very sustainable" category.
