Health is an important factor in producing quality human resources. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2019), the prevalence of urinary tract infections in Indonesia is still very high, and the number of sufferers in Indonesia is 90-100 per 100,000 population per year. Market traders are included in the category of being susceptible to urinary tract infections. Because there are still many traders whose stalls are full of buyers, the toilets in the market are not clean enough, and the toilets are not kept clean, many traders say that when they want to urinate, this is because they tend to hold back. The aim of this activity is to expand dealer management's knowledge about urinary tract infections, prevention, and health checks. This service method will be implemented through lectures, discussions, filling out questionnaires and distributing hygiene packages. Through this activity it was discovered that knowledge about urinary tract infections among market trader managers increased after the training was carried out. The survey results showed that 80% were in the good category, only 15% and less than 5%. The report highlights the importance of good hygiene practices, such as washing hands and genital areas before urinating, and drinking enough water to eliminate bacteria. The article also advises traders to seek medical attention if they experience UTI symptoms such as burning when urinating or frequent urination.
