Abstract: Kaempferia galanga (K. galanga) atau yang dikenal sebagai "kencur" di Indonesia digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan makanan. Tanaman ini sering dijadikan pasta karena dipercaya dapat mengatasi kelelahan.
