It is a necessity to develop environmental learning to solve climate change problems, in particular. One of the focuses is climate change learning at the elementary school level that requires elementary teacher candidates to understand various climate change issues. Skills needed are Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) measurable using Ichsan’s taxonomy as an innovation. Ichsan’s taxonomy consists of six thinking levels, namely identify, compare, implement, criticize problems, solve problems, and develop innovation. The study describes the HOTS of elementary teacher candidates using the HOTS of Climate Change with Ichsan’s taxonomy (HOTSCC-Ichsan). The study uses a descriptive method with a survey as the data collection technique. The study finds that the HOTS scores of the elementary teacher candidates measured using the HOTSCC-Ichsan are in a very low category (28.03). The finding indicates the need to enhance the HOTS-based learning intensively for the elementary teacher candidates. It requires learning media development to address the low HOTS. The research conclusion is that the HOTS of the elementary teacher candidates is low and needs an improvement

Environmental problems need to be solved by students' HOTS abilities. This research aimed to develop environmental learning student's worksheet of air pollution (eswopol) based on Higher Order Thinking Skills Assessment based on Environmental Problems (HOTS-AEP). The research method used research and development that modified from Borg and Gall model. The study was conducted in December 2019 until January 2020. The research instrument used the interview transcript and validation questionnaire. The research data obtained in the form of an average score of validation results. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. The results showed that the environmental learning student's worksheet of air pollution (eswopol) based on HOTS-AEP was declared valid with an average validation score of 3.55 (very valid category). The conclusion of this research is eswopol based on HOTS-AEP is appropriate for use in a learning environment.Permasalahan lingkungan perlu dipecahkan dengan kemampuan HOTS siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan environmental learning student's worksheet of air pollution (eswopol) berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills Assessment based on Environmental Problem (HOTS-AEP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengadaptasi model Borg and Gall. Penelitian dilaksanakan Desember 2019 s.d Januari 2020. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu transkrip wawancara dan angket validasi. Data penelitian yang diperoleh berupa skor rata-rata hasil validasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa environmental learning student's worksheet of air pollution (eswopol) berbasis HOTS-AEP dinyatakan valid dengan skor rata-rata validasi 3.55 (kategori sangat valid). Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu eswopol berbasis HOTS-AEP layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran lingkungan.

Pancasila values among students are increasingly degraded by globalization. It need an effective learning model to overcome it’s problem. Through this article the author gives test Student Teams-Achievement Division (STAD) Method Cooperative Learning to improve students' understanding of Pancasila values. The researcher used a two-cycle class action research approach to solve the problem of poor understanding of Pancasila values. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and evaluation, as well as analysis and reflection. There were 25 students as research sample from Senior High School (SMA) 6 Kaur Bengkulu. The data collection is the result of observations and questionnaires. The data analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that there was an increase in understanding of Pancasila values. In cycle 1, from an initial score of 81.52 to 96.2, it was seen that students gave responses by asking questions. In cycle 2, from a score of 96.2 to 110.6, here students begin to be able to analyze and respond positively to the learning methods used. Keywords: Pancasila Value, STAD Method, Cooperative Learning
