The low activity and cognitive learning outcomes of Grade VIIIB MTs Aisyiyah students require innovation in learning by using cooperative learning models. This study aims to determine the increase in activities and learning outcomes in biology through the application of cooperative learning models of students team achievement division class VIIIB MTs Aisyiyah Sungguminasa Kab. Gowa. This type of research is Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles. The subjects of the study were students of class VIIIB MTs Aisyiyah Sungguminasa Kab. Gowa. The research instrument was an observation sheet and a test. Data analysis techniques with qualitative descriptive statistical analysis for student activities and analyzed with quantitative descriptive statistical analysis for learning outcomes. The results showed that there was an increase in students' cognitive learning activities and outcomes namely from cycle 1 and cycle 2 with an average value of 46.71% and 85.5%. Thus, the conclusion of this research is the use of cooperative learning models of students team achievement division type can increase the activities and learning outcomes of students of class VIIIB MTs Aisyiyah Sungguminasa Kab. Gowa.
This essay analyzes how the ideology that is owned by the media influences the media's framing in reporting a reality. The framing dimension will always be related to the selection of issues, emphases, and projection on certain aspects of the issue. For this reason, this study will present the media cases of Republika.co.id and Tempo.co in informing LGBT reality. So, the reality of LGBT conveyed by Republika.co.id and Tempo.co cannot be seen separately, because it will be related to the interests that these two media outlets want to serve by reporting the reality. The analysis demonstrates that the reporting of Republika.co.id and Tempo.co on LGBT is influenced by each outlet's ideology. Republika.co.id, which embraces the ideology of nationalism and Islam, tends to report the rejection of LGBT presence in Indonesia. Republika.co.id provides a negative stigma against LGBT issues. It is considered that LGBT is a serious threat to the nation and state because behaviour is deemed not following religion, generally applicable social norms, and the laws of Indonesia. Tempo.co does not see LGBT as a serious problem for the Indonesian people. Tempo.co considers the behaviour and activities of LGBT people to be normal, which is part of human rights that must be respected by the Indonesian people. Salah satu yang terlintas ketika orang menyebut Aceh adalah penerapan Syariat Islam dalam setiap sendi kehidupan, tidak terkecuali dalam aspek pariwasata. Wisata halal merupakan upaya yang terus dilakukan oleh jajaran Pemerintah Aceh untuk mewujudkan merek Aceh sebagai simbol halal. Faktanya Aceh memenangkan tiga kategori dalam Kompetisi Pariwisata Halal Nasional 2016 versi Kemenpar RI. Potensi pariwisata Aceh pun sangat menjanjikan baik dari sisi keragaman dan keunikan budaya, kekhasan kuliner, cita rasa kopi, atmosfir di warung kopi, budaya Islami dan pesona alamnya yang indah dan natural. Upaya melakukan branding Aceh sebagai wisata halal menjadi tantangan yang tidak mudah untuk diimplementasikan. Label halal di Aceh sejatinya bukanlah sebuah terminologi yang perlu diperdebatkan lagi. Semua pihak percaya bahwa keabsahan halal di Aceh (khususnya kuliner) bahkan tidak memerlukan pengakuan di atas kertas berupa sertifikasi lembaga otoritas resmi seperti MUI. Namun ketika label halal ingin diwujudkan dalam aspek pariwisata, maka pertanyaannya adalah apa dan bagaimana wisata halal yang ingin diwujudkan di Aceh? Sejauh mana pengalaman label halal tersebut dapat dirasakan publik dan turis? Bagaimana branding halal dipahami oleh para pihak dan bagaimana ketersediaan infrastruktur yang mendukung branding wisata halal. Tulisan ini merupakan library research dan membahasnya dari perspektif komunikasi pemasaran dan kreativitas pesan dari sisi kehumasan.
This research was titled "PR Strategy of tourism Office of Banda Aceh in building Banda Aceh as Tourism city". The theory used is theory of planning. This research is qualitative research with descriptive type. There are 5 informant in this study. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation. Constraints such as the lack of understanding of the community around the location of the tourist objects from the positive value of the location of tourist objects, there are still public statmen to the condition of Banda Aceh resulting from the history of conflict In Aceh. AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul "Strategi Humas Dinas Pariwisata Kota Banda Aceh Dalam Membangun Banda Aceh Sebagai Kota Pariwisata". Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Perencanaan (Theory of Planning). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Terdapat informan dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa Strategi yang dilakukan dalam proses promosi Kota Banda Aceh sebagai Kota Pariwisata yaitu mulai dari menyusun program tahunan dalam wadah Chairming Kota Banda Aceh, melakukan kerjasama dengan pemerintah Kabupaten Kota di sekitaran Kota Banda Aceh, melakukan kerjasama dengan travel-travel perjalanan baik di tingkat Regional, Nasional dan Internasional, Serta juga melakukan promosi melalui media sosial Instagram dan juga penggunaan website resmi untuk memberi informasi seputaran pariwisata yang ada di Kota Banda Aceh. Kendala seperti masih kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat sekitar lokasi objek wisata dari terhadap nilai positif dari adanya lokasi objek wisata, masih ada statmen-statmen yang masih awam terhadap kondisi Banda Aceh yang diakibatkan dari adanya sejarah konflik yang berkepanjangan di Aceh.
