Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan metode eksperimen dapat mengatasi miskonsepsi dan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada materi rangkain listrik di SMA N 1 Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Jaya, Aceh. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest and posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pusposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes pilihan ganda beralasan. Angket yang digunakan angket tertutup dengan jawaban sangat setuju, setuju, tidak setuju dan sangat tidak setuju. Hasil uji normalitas nilai pretest dan posttest berdasarkan rumus chi kuadrat tidak normal, akan tetapi uji normalitas menggunakan rumus Lilliefors menunjukkan data yang diperoleh adalah normal. Dari hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan sebagai hasil identifikasi miskonsepsi yang dialami siswa pada konsep rangkaian listrik sangatlah bervariasi. Hal ini disebabkan siswa yang menjawab soal berdasarkan intuisi yang salah, reasoning yang tidak lengkap/salah, pemikiran humanistik dan prakonsepsi siswa sebelumnya. Hasil analisis data siswa yang mengalami miskonsepsi rata-rata sebelum diberikan treatment sebesar 42,14% dan setelah diberikan treatment rata-rata sebesar 14,64%, sebanding dengan minat belajar rata-rata siswa setelah dilakukan treatment mengalami peningkatan yaitu rata-rata 67,75 meningkat menjadi 84,67. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan penggunaan metode eksperimen efektif untuk menurunkan persentase miskonsepsi dan peningkatan minat belajar siswa.Kata kunci: Metode, eksperimen, miskonsepsi dan minat Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of experimental methods to overcome misconceptions and increase interest in learning the material electrical network in SMA N 1 Jaya district of Aceh Jaya, Aceh. The design used in this study is one group pretest and posttest design. The sampling technique pusposive sampling. The data collection was done with multiple choice tests reasoned. Questionnaire to determine the interest of the students after using the experimental method using a closed questionnaire with answers strongly agree, agree, disagree and strongly disagree. Normality test results nilau pretest and posttest by chi square formula was not normal, but the test for normality using the formula Liliefors shows the data obtained was normal. From the analysis of the data, it can be concluded as a result of the identification of the misconceptions that experienced by students on the concept of electric circuits vary. This is due to students who answer the question based on intuition is wrong, reasoning incomplete/false, humanistic thoughts and preconceptions of students before. The results of the data analysis of students who have misconceptions before being given treatment by 42,14% and after being given the treatment by 14,64%. This study aims to create a market model based on local wisdom so that the marketing activities of small businesses can run effectively. To prove the effectiveness of digital marketing media in the form of a marketplace, research subjects are needed, namely small businesses involved directly with online marketing, interview approaches, and their success rate in using digital media (marketplaces). Through this research, it is expected that small businesses can choose wisely and effectively the use of digital media (marketplaces) in their marketing activities so that their sales turnover can increase. The study took the location or object of research in the city of Banda Aceh. Considering that consumer behavior in the city of Banda Aceh is different from one another, of course, it must be measured and tested, whether the market model based on local wisdom can be applied and has a significant relationship to increase marketing activities and product sales of business actors. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, data analysis in the field of the research model and method is carried out by interviewing several SMEs and local marketplace users in the city of Banda Aceh. The sample in this study is small business practitioners who actively use the marketplace for the past two years in the process of marketing and selling their products in the online market. From the results of the non-random sampling, 173 respondents were generally employed, who were small businesses. Data collection techniques using interview and questionnaire models, and the analysis model used here is the Crosstabs Test. Based on the results of surveys and interviews with several business actors, it was found that there is a marketplace model based on local wisdom that has a very significant relationship in increasing the income of small businesses marketing and selling their products online in Banda Aceh City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bentuk pin yang berbeda terhadap sifat mekanik dan struktur mikro hasil lasan menggunakan proses pengelasan aduk gesek. Proses las aduk gesek dengan cara tool berputar melakukan penetrasi ke benda kerja dan gesekan akan melunakkan material. Sambungan terbentuk akibat bersatunya logam lunak pada kedua sisi dengan adanya tekanan tool. Proses las aduk gesek aluminium 5083 -H112 menggunakan mesin frais dan tool dengan bentuk pin tirus beralur, silinder beralur dan segitiga beralur dengan parameter putaran tool 1500 rpm, kecepatan pengelasan 29 mm/min, sudut kemiringan tool 0 o dan kedalaman pembenaman pin 4,8 mm menunjukkan proses berlangsung dengan baik. Hasil pengujian mekanik menunjukkan nilai kekerasan sebesar 85 HV dan harga impak rata -rata di sambungan las sebesar 0,24 J/mm 2 menggunakan pin tirus beralur lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan menggunakan pin silinder beralur dan segitiga beralur. Kekuatan tarik tertinggi menggunakan pin tirus beralur sebesar 172 MPa masih lebih rendah dari kekuatan tarik logam induk sebesar 331 MPa karena adanya cacat pada hasil lasan. Pengamatan struktur mikro menunjukkan butir menjadi lebih halus di daerah daerah adukan dibandingkan daerah Thermomechanically Affected Zone, Heat Affected Zone dan logam induk. Proses pengelasan aduk gesek aluminium 5083 -H112 menggunakan tool dengan pin tirus beralur menghasilkan sifat mekanik dan struktur mikro yang lebih baik daripada menggunakan pin silinder beralur atau segitiga beralur.Kata kunci : kondisi padat, las aduk gesek, frais, pin, daerah adukan ABSTRACT Friction Stir Welding process, which is a solid state welding tool utilizing friction with the workpiece to soften the material is spliced into a choice in aluminum welding. Selection of the proper tool will produce welds with excellent mechanical properties. The research objective is to determine the effect of different forms of pins on mechanical properties and microstructure joint of the friction stir welding process. Friction stir welding process by means of a rotating tool to penetrate into the work piece and friction will soften the material. The connection formed by the merging of soft metal on both sides with a pressure tool. The process of friction stir welding aluminum 5083 -H112 using milling machines and tool with a tapered pin grooves, a cylinder pin grooves or a triangular pin groove and using 1500 rpm tool rotation , the welding speed of 29 mm/min, 0° tool tilt angle, and the depth of plunge 4.8 mm indicate the process is going well . Mechanical testing indicates hardness value using is 85 HV and impact value is 0.24 J / mm 2 using a tapered pin groove higher than the cylindrical pin groove and a triangular pin groove. The highest tensile strength used a tapered pin groove of 172 MPa is still lower than the base metal tensile strength of 331 MPa because there was defect in the weldment. Friction stir welding (FSW) is solid state joining technique or the metal didn’t melt when joining process. This method is used the characteristic of the parent metal has not change. This process is widely used for materials, especially aluminum heat treatment usually must be done first before welding, FSW method invented by The Welding Institute W.Thomas from the welding institute (TWI). Friction stir welding process is used to alumunium 5052 T-0 to form butt joint as much as nine plate. Parameter which varied is pin design form with form triangle, cylinder and cone with screw. The next testing which includes the observation radiography test, tensile test, hardnest test and metallography examination. The results of the study that the variation of the form triangle screw, cylinder screw and cone screw cause hardness value and tensile strength increase and a decrease to triangle screw. Of variation this thesis hardness and tensile strength was highest in cylinder screw as big as 38.27 HV and 120.442 MPa.The microstructure results weld tool 2 (pin cylinder screw) produce finer grain structure than the tool 1 (cone with screw) and the tool 3 (triangle screw).ABSTRAK Friction stir welding (FSW) adalah proses penyambungan material dengan kondisi solid state atau logam tidak meleleh saat di lakukan penyambungan. Metoda ini digunakan agar karakteristik dari logam induk tidak banyak berubah. Proses ini banyak digunakan untuk material khususnya alumunium yang biasanya harus di heat treatment terlebih dahulu sebelum dilakukan pengelasan, metoda FSW ditemukan oleh W.Thomas dari The Welding Institute (TWI). Proses FSW dilakukan pada alumunium seri 5052 T0 dengan bentuk sambungan tumpul sebanyak 9 pelat. Paramter yang divariasikan adalah design bentuk pin dengan bentuk segitiga ulir, silinder ulir dan kerucut ulir. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian yang meliputi pengamatan uji radiografi, uji tarik, uji kekerasan dan pemeriksaan metalografi. Hasil penelitian bahwa dengan variasi bentuk pin segitiga ulir, silinder ulir dan kerucut ulir menyebabkan nilai kekerasan dan kekuatan tarik meningkat serta terjadi penurunan pada pin segitiga ulir. Hasil kekerasan dan kekuatan tarik tertinggi terdapat pada silinder ulir sebesar 38.27 HV dan 120.442 MPa. Struktur mikro hasil lasan tool 2 (pin silinder ulir) menghasilkan struktur butir yang lebih halus dibandingkan dengan tool 1 (kerucut ulir) dan tool 3 (segitiga ulir).Kata kunci: silinder ulir, segitiga ulir, kerucut ulir
