Effects induced by high and low intensity laser plasma on SiC Schottky detectors

Abstract: Silicon-Carbide detectors are extensively employed as diagnostic devices in laser-generated plasma, allowing the simultaneous detection of photons, electrons and ions, when used in time-of-flight configuration.
