SKS learning has been implemented at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Palembang since the 2015/2016 academic year. This learning model is an innovative effort to improve the quality of education. Apart from that, the application of credits at MAN 3 Palembang can be an alternative for MAN 3 Palembang students who are interested in entering accelerated classes and is also a form of service provided to students who have a diversity of talents, interests, and intelligence, as well as having a superior program which is mandatory for new students. Research This is field research with a case study approach. The data sources in this research are primary data obtained from informants or stakeholders directly involved in the implementation of SKS at MAN 3 Palembang and secondary data sources as supporting data. Data collection instruments in this research were non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation—data analysis using triangulation techniques. Research findings show that implementing the Semester Credit System (SKS) at MAN 3 Palembang in facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era has gone well. MAN 3 Palembang has facilitated student diversity in terms of learning speed, thus enabling them to complete their studies in varying amounts of time. In general, the design of the curriculum structure and SKS learning load refers to Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 59 of 2014 and can face RI4.0, where learning facilities are digital and website-based and are supported by effective communication between madrasah principals, teachers, and students, and are effective implementation of the dormitory program as one of the mainstays of student development in religious character development.

The problem faced by English students when learning English at MI Darrun Najjah Prabumulih, Sumatra Selatan was how to make all students focus on the learning material and be active, considering that not all students can focus on what is conveyed and often there were students who also busy playing cellphones. To overcome this problem, the English teacher sometimes asked students some questions to regain their learning intention. The objective of this research were to find out the strategies in teaching listening to students of MI Darrun Najjah Prabumulih and the problems found by the English teacher in teaching listening as well as how they overcome the problems. The research was conducted by using descriptive qualiitative research. This research was carried out at MI Darrun Najjah Prabumulih. The subject of this research was a English teacher. The research collected the data through interview guidance and used library research, which compiles extensive documentation on a single or a number of topics. Both original sources and secondary sources are used in this investigation. In conclusion, according to the context, conditions, and daily situation of the students. It is recommended that the result of the study needs to be integrated into the communication media which is appropriate to the needs of the students.

This research was carried out with the main objective of developing tools that can help the learning process of students in statistics courses who have had difficulty improving their learning outcomes because of the lack of learning materials prepared by lecturers for them to be used as the main reference while programming the course. Departing from the in-depth needs analysis carried out and the research method used, namely research and development, the researcher then designs a prototype of teaching materials that will be developed in the form of modules and learning videos. After that, the prototype was validated by two experts in the field of teaching material development. The results showed that 20 students out of a total of 27 respondents saw that they needed the latest learning modules and videos that could make it easier for them to complete the subject matter because what had been used by lecturers so far still made it difficult for them to learn because the instruction and exposure to information did not meet the needs of students. The prototype modules and learning videos that have been developed are declared valid by experts in several aspects, namely self-instruction aspects, self-contained aspects, stand-alone aspects, adaptive aspects, and user-friendly aspects, so they are suitable for use by lecturers because they can help student’s complete lessons so that their learning outcomes can improve.
