Abstract-This research aims at describing the application of learning speaking skills based on communicative approach in the process of learning Indonesian language including the role of students, the role of teachers, and the interaction of teaching and learning. This research applied descriptive qualitative method. In collecting the data, the researchers directly observed the natural phenomena that occurred in the study of learning speaking skills based on the communicative approach in SMAN 1 Sesean, Toraja Regency. The data were collected through observation, recording, interviews and documentation. The data were then analyzed through the technique of "Data Analysis of Final Model". Research findings show that the role of the teacher in the learning speaking skills based on communicative approach has been conducted properly. The role of students in learning speaking skills based on communicative approach has been optimal. The form of teaching and learning interactions has reflected the communicative approach. In the communicative approach, the teachers engage the students actively, creatively and meaningfully
Abstrak:The effort to build good relations with the media is one way to make the institution's image better. Media use activities are carried out to influence the public to achieve organizational goals. Mass media is usually used by organizations or educational institutions to build the image of the institution. In order to be able to perform its functions properly, the role of public relations must be carried out by competent people in their fields. A publicist must be smart in choosing publications, so that the intent to be conveyed to the public can be appropriate and on target. Although the public relations and mass media have a mutually beneficial relationship, there are some things that need to be considered so that especially for educational institutions that have the aim of publishing educational institutions so that a good relationship between public relations and mass media is maintained.
Abstract. Class Antagonism and Class Consciousness In Novel Human Earth Works Pramoedya Ananta Toer (Marxist Theory Approach). The purpose of this study was to: (1) Describe the picture of class conflict in the novel Earth of Mankind by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. (2) Describe the class consciousness of the Earth Novel Human Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data used in this study a sentence or paragraph that contains a picture of class conflict and class consciousness that is present in Earth's novel Man Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Data collected by reading techniques and note techniques. Based on this analysis we can conclude several things, namely: (1) the class antagonism is one form of fraud against human values, because in it there is oppression, deprivation, injustice and lack of freedom the Proletariat. The bourgeoisie has caused many problems of humanity. The conflict that led to the conflict between Native people are Nyai Ontosoroh as the Proletariat by Europeans as the bourgeoisie. (2) Nyai and Minke has been trying hard to fight against the bourgeoisie. However, not all desirable things can be owned and not all desired can be realized even with maximum effort. A struggle not only be seen from the results, but can be seen as a long process that forms an inner personality.
This study aims to determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness (development stage) of developing a course model and training based on online application services and a Learning Management System (LMS) to improve students' competence in the computer field. This research focuses on the development stage of the ADDIE theory (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation) Robert Maribe Branch (2009). The development stage consists of the validity test by the expert, the practicality test by the instructor, and the effectiveness test by the students. The subjects of this study were 30 students and 7 instructors of the Computer Course Program at the Makassar City Course and Training Institute. In addition, five validators were selected as participants to assess the validity of this research product. The data collection techniques used were validation sheets, questionnaires, and tests. The collected data were analyzed using a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS 22.00. The results showed that the research products in the form of model books and course model tools and training based on online application services and Learning Management System (LMS) were declared valid, practical, and effective and could be used by instructors to teach courses and computer training.
