In Colombia, creative and cultural industries are grouped within a sector called Orange Economy, which brings together industries such as technology, software development, information technology services. These companies are being promoted thanks to laws that favor their growth and expansion as well as the contribution of foreign investment capital. As a result of analysis, not only the impact on the country's GDP is evidenced, but the appearance of new business proposals within industry 4.0. This research proposal intends through documentary analysis and statistical analysis to show the economic impact that technology companies of order 4.0 have generated in the city of Bogota, arriving with their products in international markets as demanding as the USA and Spain, all this due to ICT and their participation in this process. As a result, it is found that not only the investment in money is necessary, but that human capital and its preparation accompany the process.
