El sistema institucional de participación ciudadana en las políticas y los servicios sociales de la comunidad de Madrid

Abstract: El artículo analiza el sistema institucional de participación de la Comunidad de Madrid con la finalidad de constatar si sus diferentes mecanismos formales (marco regulador y órganos estables de participación) cuentan con un diseño institucional adecuado para garantizar el acceso y el poder de intervención de los ciudadanos en aquellos procesos deliberativos que pueden llegar a incidir, de algún modo, en las políticas y los servicios sociales regionales.
