Emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of academic librarians: An assessment of the relationship

Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and general job satisfaction of librarians. For this purpose, a quantitative study was conducted on librarians serving in university libraries of Pakistan.
