Emotional Intelligence and Leadership – The Dark and Bright Sides

Abstract: Emotional intelligence (EQ), as any set of abilities or skills has two sides, bright and dark ones. A person can employ their social abilities and high emotional skills for prosocial behavior or could use it in maladaptive ways to manipulate others to achieve self-centered outcomes.
