Effects of Digital Marketing (DM) and Innovation (Inn) on Marketing Performance (MP), mediated by Competitive Advantage (CA) in the context of food and beverage micro businesses are not widely discussed and well understood. This study aims to describe Digital Marketing, Innovation, Competitive Advantage and Marketing Performance and examine the effects of Digital Marketing and Inn on Marketing Performance mediated by Competitive Advantage. The unit analysis is food and beverage micro business owners in Bekasi Municipality, West Java Province, Indonesia. The respondents are 100 owners of food and beverage micro businesses and the sampling technique is the simple random sampling. The data analysis uses the PLS technique. The results show that Digital Marketing and Inn had a positive effect on Competitive Advantage. Digital Marketing had also a positive direct effect on Marketing Performance. Competitive Advantage, however, did not mediate the Digital Marketing and Marketing Performance relationship. Competitive Advantage had less effect on Marketing Performance (<0. 3). Innovation had no effect on MarketingPerformance. For the operational implications, food and beverage micro business owners need to implement Digital Marketing to improve Marketing Performance. They also need to implement Digital Marketing and Innovation to improve Competitive Advantage. As a conclusion, business owners need to maintain communication with customers through internet-based media, make customers experience speed and efficiency in information access about the products, make products content popular and relevant to current trends, deliver the products as promised and update information about the products on the market places. Besides, business owners also need to make some changes in the way they do business in more efficient and productive way to meet the customers' needs and wants.

An Empirical Study of How Both Environmental Awareness and Interest in Artwork Can Be Incorporated into the Interior Design of Urban Hotels

Prior studies on urban hotel service settings show that the positive response to the lobby artwork and interior design in a hotel is a performance determinant since it directly impacts the orientation of green customers’ preferences who form a significant part of the primary and secondary consumers outcome of emotional satisfaction. In addition, it elaborates on the importance of marketing strategy based on hotel interior design for urban hotels intending to increase customer loyalty. For this reason, the present study collected a total of 330 South Korean participants to identify the mediating role of hotel lobby interior design and artworks between green customers’ preferences and hotel loyalty. The survey instrument designed for the current study included 15 questions to test the hypotheses and a path analysis using AMOS 24.0 was conducted as the main tool to determine the relationship key factors. According to our statistical findings, it is acceptable to relate the customers’ environmental awareness with interest in artwork in the hotel lobby due to the first impression created. The artwork gives a general perception of the value and quality that the consumer is likely to gain by interacting with the available products and services. It is also valid to indicate that the customers’ environmental awareness closely relates to their preference for interior design to develop customer loyalty. Therefore, we conclude that the environmental awareness and hotel loyalty factors impact the marketing strategy and segmentation process used for the urban hotels that deal with green customers with unique and exclusive needs.

The problem of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province is business capital. This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic Rural Banks in the development and strengthening of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province. The method used in this research is empirical research. The results of the research explain that the average Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province have characteristics in the age group of 38 to 43 years with junior high school level education and 1 to 7 years of business experience. There are two Sharia Rural Banks in Riau Province, namely BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah and BPRS Hasanah. Bank service variables and types of financing products have a significant effect on the development and strengthening of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province. The strategy adopted by BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah and BPRS Hasanah is a faster financing process so that they can compete with conventional banks as well as product innovation and affordable administrative costs.
