The new model is consistent with the cross-culturally replicated finding of a common six-dimensional structure containing the factors Honesty-Humility (H), Emotionality (E), eExtraversion (X), Agreeableness (A), Conscientiousness (C), and Openness to Experience (O). “…Honestyhumility differentiates people who are sincere, honest, faithful, loyal, modest, unassuming, and fair-minded from those who are sly, greedy, pretentious, hypocritical, boastful, and pompous. In comparison, agreeableness differentiates people who are patient, tolerant, peaceful, mild, agreeable, lenient, and gentle from those who are ill-tempered, quarrelsome, stubborn, and choleric (Ashton & Lee, 2007). In addition, the HEXACO model comprises a further interpersonal trait called "altruism" that Lee and Ashton (2006) regard as an interstitial facet (because it loads across the dimensions of honesty-humility, agreeableness, and emotionality) which may constitute another personality characteristic that could differentiate other-oriented perfectionism from other forms of perfectionism.…”

“…Another recent suggestion for a Big Five revision and expansion implicates the domain of honesty and humility (Ashton & Lee, 2007). The closest concept in the SAPI was the Integrity facet, which loaded on SR-Positive and Conscientiousness.…”
