Abstract: ResumoO objetivo fundamental deste estudo é definir o marco teórico da relação entre empowerment e orientação empreendedora, com vista a propor um modelo conceptual de investigação que possa vir a ser aplicado aos estabelecimentos hoteleiros da Região do Norte de Portugal.
