Endocarditis Due to Streptococcus acidominimus

Abstract: It has been reported in recent years that the causative microorganisms, affected population, and clinical presentation of infective endocarditis have changed. We report on a 15-year-old boy with ventricular septal defect who was diagnosed with Streptococcus acidominimus endocarditis.
