Establishing Internal Communication Channels that Work1

Abstract: This paper consists of a case study that examines the trends in current and preferred methods of communication within a tertiary organisation. The study takes into account current communication theory and other factors such as the organisational culture and leadership style.Communication is a key aspect here.
