The duration of the programs (period under evaluation) was diverse, including 12 weeks (Figueira et al, 2012), 12 months (Marin et al, 2009;Wellman et al, 2007), three years (Yokoya et al, 2009) and four years (Wunderlich et al, 2009).…”
