Evaluasi Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Terhadap Pelayanan Kefarmasian Di Rumah Sakit Sekarwangi Cibadak Kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract: Kepuasan pasien merupakan penilaian dari seseorang antara kinerja pelayanan yang dirasakan dan diharapkan. Apabila kinerja di bawah harapan maka pasien akan kecewa dan tidak puas, sebaliknya bila kinerja sesuai yang diharapkan pasien, maka pasien akan merasa puas.
