In this paper, the research discussed analyzes the tourism experience in Indonesia, this study aims to explore the factors influencing the experience of city branding. The empirical application is based on a study of 373 visitors traveling in Indonesia, analyzed using the Rasch model. The present study aimed at a credible and accurate measurement scale that will help to clarify the definition and enhance the successful management of tourism experience. We have developed a 16-point size of tourism experience that we assume extends to many of the tourist destinations. The scale consists of six fields: hedonism, novelty, refreshment, local culture, significance, and dedication. Data are of assistance to the tourism experience's dimensional framework as well as its accuracy and validity within.

The Relationship between Tourism Development, Satisfaction, Support to Tourism and Tourism Entrepreneurship in Emerging Tourism Destination: Residents’ Perspective

The purpose of this study is to research the relationship between tourism development in the province of Burdur, satisfaction, support to tourism development and tourism entrepreneurship. The research model developed was based upon the theory of social change and was tested by using PLS-SEM. The data were obtained from 390 persons residing in the province of Burdur by using the survey method. The findings have revealed significant relationships between positive economic and sociocultural effect in tourism development and satisfaction by tourism development, support for tourism development and tourism entrepreneurship. No relationship between positive environmental effect, negative economic, sociocultural and environmental effect, and satisfaction by tourism development was confirmed. The results are coherent with the theory of social change in terms of indicating that the residents of Burdur perceive much the benefits in tourism development, but not yet the costs. Moreover, the findings of this study reveal the tourism entrepreneurship role of the residents, although the tourism development studies neglect the tourism entrepreneurship of the residents on a large scale.

La despoblación de las áreas rurales es un problema para numerosas regiones europeas, incluida Cerdeña (Italia), donde hay varias poblaciones en peligro de desaparecer. Se han llevado a cabo diferentes políticas para reforzar su competitividad, y el presente trabajo pretende subrayar las oportunidades ofrecidas por distintas estrategias. Se analizarán, por tanto, los principales proyectos de desarollo territorial promovidos en Cerdeña y el papel del turismo en la búsqueda de un nuevo atractivo para las zonas rurales. Todos los datos serán tratados con los Sistemas Informativos Geográficos (GIS). La investigación confirma que las áreas rurales, a pesar de ser ricas en recursos culturales, medioambientales, históricos, etcétera, todavía no hanconseguido explotar estos recursos con fines turísticos, como bien podrían hacer. No obstante, hay varios fondos que pueden ser utilizados, y en las conclusiones se hacen algunas consideraciones útiles para mejorar el atractivo turístico de estas zonas e intentar frenar el descenso demográfico.
