Experiencias en políticas públicas de las ONGs en Baja California

Abstract: En este trabajo se presenta un acercamiento a las experiencias que las Organizaciones no gubernamentales (ONGs) de Baja California han tenido en cuanto a la incidencia en políticas públicas. Se sostiene que aunque su participación es todavía incipiente, puesto que la mayor parte de las veces sólo llegan al nivel de la formulación del problema y la incorporación de éste a la agenda pública, sin embargo, han logrado trascender a esferas públicas nacionales.
