“…The PDV data for the same experiments is not subject to this electrical feature and a plateau region is observed for a period of approximately 100ns in the case of the annealed samples. Stress relaxation seen in others work [11] following the precursor was not observed, however this may be due to the low return light signals and associated noise. It is clear that the PDV data matches very closely to the gauge data.…”
