Factors influencing Urate Lowering Therapies prescription for asymptomatic hyperuricemia by general practitioners: a qualitative study

Abstract: Background: Urate Lowering Therapies (ULTs), mainly Xanthine Oxydase Inhibitors, are widely used by general practitioners (GPs) in asymptomatic hyperuricaemia, although no guideline currently recommends doing so.
