Putri Ayu sebagai puskesmas perawatan di Kota Jambi bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan perorangan dan masyarakat melalui Program Promosi Kesehatan dan Pencegahan serta Pemberantasan Penyakit Menular. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) STIKes Baiturrahim bersama dengan mitra (Puskesmas Koni) melaksanakan edukasi tentang Penyakit Menular Seksual, tujuannya adalah perubahan perilaku (pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan) peserta edukasi. Rangkaian kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada September 2020 sampai Februari 2021, namun kegiatan inti (edukasi) dilaksanakan pada minggu 1-4 Januari 2021. Edukasi dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di Klinik IMS dan VCT Puskesmas Putri Ayu dan Yayasan Kanti Sehati Sejati Kota Jambi karena semua ODHA yang tercatat di Rekam Medik Putri Ayu tergabung dalam komunitas tersebut. Edukasi di Klinik IMS dan VCT dilakukan dengan metode personal dan pasangan sedangkan di Yayasan Kanti Sehati Sejati dilakukan melalui edukasi kelompok. Edukasi dilaksanakan pada masa pandemic covid 19 dengan memenuhi protokol kesehatan berupa cuci tangan, penggunaan masker dan physical distancing. Peserta edukasi berjumlah 12 orang (8 ODHA dan 4 penderita sipilis), edukasi diberikan satu kali selama 45-60 menit. Media yang digunakan adalah lembar balik dan leaflet yang dibagikan kepada masing-masing peserta. Sebelum dan setelah edukasi, dilakukan identifikasi pengetahuan dan sikap peserta tentang PMS. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah peningkatan rerata pengetahuan sebesar 3,4 dan sikap 4,7; semua penderita akan meninggalkan perilaku seksual menyimpang dan berpola hidup sehat. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan perubahan sikap positif akan berpengaruh terhadap tindakan atau upaya pencegahan penularan dan kekambuhan PMS sehingga kejadian PMS dapat ditekan, penularan dan kekambuhannya dapat cegah.

ABSTRACT
Putri Ayu as a health center in Jambi City is responsible for organizing individual and community health efforts through the Health Promotion Program and the Prevention and Eradication of Transmitted Diseases. The community dedication team from STIKes Baiturrahim with partners (Puskesmas Koni) carried out education about Sexually Transmitted Diseases/STD, the aim was to change the behavior (knowledge, attitudes and actions) of participants. The series of activities were carried out from September 2020 to February 2021, but the core activities (education) were carried out on the week of January 1-4, 2021. Education was carried out in two places that is STD and VCT Clinics at Putri Ayu Health Center and the Kanti Sehati Sejati Foundation, Jambi City because all ODHA/Orang Dengan HIV/AIDS joins the community. Education at the STD and VCT Clinics is carried out with personal and partner methods, whereas Kanti Sehati Sejati foundation through group education. Educational activities were carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic by complying with health protocols in the form of washing hands, using masks and physical distancing. The education participants were 12 people (8 ODHA and 4 syphilis sufferer), the education was only one meeting for 45-60 minutes. The media used were flipcharts and leaflets, which were distributed to each participant. Before and after education, the participants' knowledge and attitudes about Sexually Transmitted Diseases were identified. The results obtained are an increase in the average knowledge of 3.4 and attitude of 4.7; all sufferers to leave deviant sexual behavior and have a healthy lifestyle. Increased knowledge and positive attitude changes will affect actions or efforts to prevent STD transmission and recurrence so incidence can be suppressed, transmission and recurrence can be prevented.
