Regression test results show only profitability affects the capital structure, while liquidity, growth, and size, do not affect. Profitability, size, and capital structure affect firm value, while liquidity and growth do not affect. Research on the capital structure and firm value was conducted in the manufacturing industry listed in IDX from 2016 to 2018. Data samples are taken using purposive random sampling and then processed with Eviews 10. Moderation test results indicate that the capital structure is a mediator of the effect of profitability on firm value, but cannot be a mediator for the influence of other variables on firm value of manufacturing industry companies listed in IDX 2016 through 2018.

The capital structure seen from the perspective of pecking order theory explains that companies are more likely to prefer internal funding than external companies. Pecking Order Theory explains why highly profitable companies generally have less debt. This study aims to discuss Liquidity, Asset Structure, Business Risk, Growth Opportunity, Managerial Ownership of Capital Structures on Manufacturing Companies of the basic Consumer Good Industry Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016- 2019.This type of research is an associative causal research with the type of time series. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. Data analyzed amounted to 40. Data was tested using multiple linear regression analysis.The result of this study indicate that Liquidity is significant affect the Capital Structure. Asset Structure, Business Risk, Growth Opportunity, Managerial Ownership did not affect the Capital Structures.

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership commitment, health facilities, human resources quality and community participation on the performance of health services at the Community Health Service Centre (locally called Puskemas) in Bogor regency, Indonesia. This study used quantitative method, namely, multiple regression analysis. The number of sample collected by using Slovin Formula was 350 respondents. The instrument to collect the data was by using questionnaires. The study found that leadership commitment, health facilities, and human resources quality have significant influenced partially on the performance of health services at the Community Health Service Center in Bogor Regency, Indonesia. Of these four variables, it was found that health facilities and the leadership commitment were found to have positive influence on the performance of health services at the Community Health Service Center in Bogor Regency. This suggests that serious attention to improve leadership commitment and health facilities in the community health services center in Bogor Regency is a must. If not, the performance of health services at the Community Health Services Center will not be effective. Thus, much remain to be done by the regional government as well as by the central government of Indonesia.
