Social media usage has increased by 40% during the Covid-19 pandemic since many people use social media to communicate during the pandemic. This increase in use has an impact on adolescents in the form of negative access to social media which has triggered various negative behaviors among adolescents. This study aims to determine the use of social media in seeking information regarding the impact of knowledge on premarital sexual behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is expected that data regarding adolescents' knowledge on the use of social media can be a reference for content creators/writers on social media in a positive and more positive direction. Innovative to be easily accepted by teenagers. This was a quantitative analytic study with correlational design to determine the relationship between daily use of social media during the Covid-19 pandemic and knowledge on the impact of premarital sexual behavior among adolescents. The samples involved 88 students who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Chi Square test. It was found that 50 respondents (56.8%) who used social media to find information on the impact of premarital sexual behavior had good knowledge and 7 respondents (7.95%) had poor knowledge. Meanwhile, 20 respondents (22.7%) who did not use social media to find information on the impact of premarital sexual behavior had poor knowledge and 11 respondents (12.5%) had good knowledge. Analysis through Chi Square test obtained a p-value of 0.001 and correlation coefficient (r) 0.829 (>0.60). Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between the use of social media and knowledge on the impact of premarital sexual behavior among adolescents.

Teenagers under the age of 19 who get married without any readiness to marry are considered as early marriages. Early marriage in general has become a serious problem throughout the world, including in Indonesia, especially in Bola District, Wajo Regency. The incidence of early marriage in Bola District, Wajo Regency, increased from 2020 to 2021, though the incidence of early marriage began to decrease in 2022. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the increasing incidence of early marriage in Bola District, Wajo Regency. The type of research used is observational with a cross sectional research design. The population of this study were adolescents who married at an early age that were registered at the Office of Religious Affairs ( KUA) Bola District, Wajo Regency. The subject of this study was taken by looking at the list of persons in the Bola District KUA from 2020-2022 who were married under the age of 19 years. The total number of research subjects from 2020-2022 is 115. The type of statistical test used to test each of the factors that affect the increasing incidence of early marriage in Bola District, Wajo Regency, was Chis-Quare Test. Results: The level of knowledge of the early marriage subjects in 2020-2022 concerning the impact of early marriage turned out to be low. In addition, the role of family members regarding early marriage was more negative, while the economic status of the family was more of the lower class. The three factors significantly increase the incidence of early marriage from 2020 to 2021, namely from 40 to 50 early marriages. However, in 2022 (January-August) the incidence of early marriage began to decrease. There are three factors that significantly affect the increasing incidence of early marriage in Bola District, Wajo Regency, namely the level of knowledge of the subjects, family economic status and the role of family members.

Kehamilan Remaja memiliki risiko komplikasi mengalami kegawatan dalam persalinan, baik maternal maupun neonatal. Organ reproduksi yang masih dalam masa perkembangan belum matang sempurna dan harus memenuhi kebutuhan janin dalam kandungan menjadi salah satu factor penyebab risiko kehamilan remaja.. Tujuan Penyuluhan kesehatan kepada masyarakat disini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan remaja terkait risiko dan dampak kehamilan pada usia dini. Jenis metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan memberikan penyuluhan mengenai dampak kehamilan remaja terhadap kesehatan, jumlah responden 30 orang, kegiatan penyuluhan pada September 2022. Penyampaian informasi dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Gambaran pengetahuan responden dapat dilihat setelah melakukan tanya jawab dengan remaja sebelum diadakan penyuluhan kesehatan dampak kehamilan remaja terhadap kesehatan. Peningkatan pengetahuan responden diketahui dengan melakukan evaluasi setelah dilakukan penyuluhan. Berdasarkan hasil tanya jawab pretest penyuluhan didapatkan bahwa hanya 6 peserta (20,0 %) peserta dengan pengetahuan kategori baik. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta kategori baik menjadi 83,3 %. Capaian hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu laporan jurnal publikasi dengan judul : “ Penyuluhan tentang Dampak Kehamilan Remaja terhadap Kesehatan di SMK Imelda Medan”.
