Farmers' Intention to Leave The Agricultural Sector in East Java, Indonesia: A Crisis Through Non Agricultural Job Opportunities Challenges

Abstract: Farmers' intention to leave the agricultural sector is a crucial reasoned action for the future of the Indonesian agricultural sector.
