Feasibility of a nested PCR for the diagnosis of Trichomonas vaginalis infection in women a Wasit Province, Iraq

Abstract: This study was concerned the describe of an current PCR method for specific detection of Tichomonas vaginalis DNA into a rapid nested PCR assay, and to estimate the recent prevalence of T. vaginalis according to studying different factors that effect on vaginal trichomoniasis in women complaining of vaginal discharge.
